My wine buying trip in 1985 to France to buy wine for the Mayflower Wines and Spirits in Washington DC and going to Burgundy to see Bobby Robert Kacher in Gevrey Chambertin , Bobby then worked at World Shippers for Leo and Candy Fox, then to the Beaujolais region to see Dan Kravitz of his Hand Picked Selections, then to see Philippe Merlot the mayor of Sarlat and also chef and owner of his hotel there. This is taken from my small pocket notebook that I had with me in the Beaujolais region, then Sarlat, Dordogne, France!
